Combining the flexibility of agile, with the robustness of the PRINCE2 framework

APMG-International AgilePM® training

APMG-International AgilePM® Foundation & Practitioner classroom

Based on the proven fundamentals within DSDM  – the only agile approach to focus on delivery of projects in a fully agile way – the certification lives up to its name by providing users of the method with the core principles needed to facilitate a successful project, whilst allowing a degree of scope and agility that not many other methodologies provide. The five-day workshop is divided into two modules, the first being the one-day Foundation course which includes the Foundation examination on the afternoon of day one, and a four-day Practitioner course which provides the opportunity for participants to take the Practitioner examination on the morning of the final day (subject to passing the Foundation examination).

These courses come packed with everything you need to get accredited in the world’s most sought after project management accreditation.

The AgilePM Foundation introduces you to the PRINCE2 method whilst the AgilePM Practitioner teaches you to apply it practically to the running and managing of a project within a Agile environment whilst retaining the flexibility of Agile.

AgilePM (Projects in a Controlled Environment, version 2) can be defined as a structured project management technique that includes advanced-level management, organisation and control of a project. It guides you on how to break down a project into smaller manageable steps and gives you a process framework to help you manage it successfully to completion. It’s a must-have for anyone aspiring to run projects for any organisation serious about delivery.
